Acceptable Use Policy

Azonic services may be used for:

• Legitimate business websites and e-commerce

• Personal websites, blogs, and portfolios

• Educational and informational websites

• Non-profit organisations and charities

• Software development and testing (within resource limits)

• Email communication for legitimate business purposes

• Domain registration for genuine use

The following content is strictly prohibited on Azonic's network:

• Pornographic, adult, or sexually explicit material

• Content depicting or promoting child exploitation in any form

• Hate speech, racist, or content promoting discrimination

• Content promoting or facilitating violence or terrorism

• Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content

• Content that defames or harasses individuals

• Pirated software, warez, or serialisation software

• Copyrighted material without proper authorisation

• Content that violates applicable laws in any jurisdiction

Hosting of any prohibited content results in immediate account termination.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any system or network

• Port scanning or vulnerability probing of networks

• Launching or facilitating Denial of Service (DoS) attacks

• Distributing malware, ransomware, viruses, or trojans

• Network sniffing or packet interception

• IP spoofing or identity impersonation

• Operating open proxies, mail relays, or anonymising services

• Participating in botnet activities

• Exploiting security vulnerabilities in Azonic infrastructure

Any security violations are reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Email use on Azonic services must comply with:

• Anti-spam laws including India's Information Technology Act

• Maximum 50 emails per hour per email address

• Maximum 200 emails per hour per domain

• All marketing emails must include a valid unsubscribe mechanism

• Email headers must not be forged or falsified

• No chain letters, pyramid schemes, or hoaxes

• No unsolicited bulk email (spam) of any kind

Violation of email policies results in immediate suspension and permanent ban from Azonic services.

For shared hosting accounts:

• No single account may use more than 10% of server CPU or memory resources

• Processes consuming excessive resources will be terminated without notice

• Cryptocurrency mining is strictly prohibited

• Running background processes or daemons is not permitted

• Storing large media files (video, music) for streaming is restricted without approval

• Using hosting as a file repository or CDN is not permitted

For VPS and Dedicated Servers:

• Usage must comply with all other sections of this AUP

• Exceeding bandwidth quotas will result in additional charges or throttling

• Include the domain name, URL, and description of the violation

Azonic investigates all reports and takes appropriate action within 24–48 hours for urgent cases. We cooperate with law enforcement agencies in investigations of illegal activities.
